ASIC requires you to complete an annual review, which involves:
- Updating company details
- Declaring solvency (your ability to continue operating)
- Paying a fee

We send a confirmation within minutes after you register a company through our online portal. This contains your ACN (Australian Company Number) and Certificate of Registration.
If you don't see the email within 12 hours, check your junk folder then get in touch so we can help immediately.
ASIC sends a Corporate Key in the mail a few days later. This gives you access to ASIC's online portal in case you need to update any information.

Provided your preferred company name is available and meets ASIC's acceptability guidelines, you can register a name as unique as you are.\r\n\r\nDid you know: Business names and company names are different. Your company name, which normally ends in "Pty Ltd", is your official registered designation. However, a company can register multiple business names, which are like 'trading names' but more official.
